Foundations
Knestrick Contractor, Inc. (Knestrick), began in a one-room building, but just kept growing. Now, more than 37 years later, the business has a strong reputation for successfully handling all phases of commercial projects. Though we’ve grown, we still believe that no project is too small.

As a professional engineer, Walter Knestrick had a unique ability to design and build, giving him the idea to start his own contracting business, which opened in 1969. Working day and night, and handling the majority of the work himself, Walter built the company with boldness and fierce determination. His son, the President and CEO of Knestrick, Bill Knestrick, has since acquired the company and plans to continue the tradition of excellence begun by his father.

Knestrick’s success is due to our unique ability to predict the market of the building industry and move forward by keeping up with trends, staying on the cutting edge and remaining flexible to change with the times.
